This fall, IBM Aspera is showcasing an extensive set of product updates designed to provide faster, easier access to Aspera technology to enable more customers than ever before to use our industry-leading high-speed data transfer solutions. Aspera remains committed to aggressively expanding our capabilities across all major clouds to provide scalable, reliable infrastructure with the global reach required to meet the needs of live broadcast, on demand video, and OTT content solutions. 

Advancements in Aspera's streaming and transfer solutions have simplified the way customers can access and use the Aspera's leading technologies that deliver superior performance and scale, even when facing challenging network conditions. Some new and exciting capabilities include:

  • Aspera Streaming for Video offers a simple web-based UI to quickly and easily launch and monitor streams 
  • Preview of Connection Manager in Aspera Streaming for Video for auto-discovery, management and monitoring of all streaming devices
  • Preview of new automation functionality within Aspera on Cloud

Aspera’s data transfer ecosystem has grown substantially, providing the broadest, most accessible transfer technology to customers, partners, SaaS and software vendors, and appliance manufacturers. 

There are several big advancements to our application suite as well as our the core technology platform, which has continually pushed the limits of performance to achieve high gigabit-per-second speeds and transfer over 100TB of data per day into the cloud. Our latest releases include:
