Aspera client applications and SDKs enable high-speed fasp-powered file transfers of any size on virtually any device, across global distances from anywhere in the world, and with any Aspera transfer server running on premise or on a cloud platform. Available on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android, and as a plug-ins for web browsers and an add-in for Microsoft Outlook, Aspera client apps provide an intuitive user interface, transfer monitoring and rate control, bulletproof security, and 100% transfer reliability.
Available on Windows, Mac and Linux, Aspera Desktop Client is a full-featured desktop application for initiating transfers with Aspera Enterprise Server, Connect Server, or Point-to-Point Client. It provides a visual transfer monitor and enables on-the-fly rate control. Scriptable command line interface supports unattended transfers and custom pre- and post-transfer file processing.
Point-to-Point desktop transfer client extends the Desktop Client with user accounts for transfer and administration, ability to connect to other Point-to-Point clients, and remote control by Aspera Console. The client interface provides easy navigation and drag-and-drop transfer initiation. The transfer job queue shows real-time progress and allows on-the-fly reordering and bandwidth control.
Aspera Connect is an install-on-demand browser plug-in that powers transfers between desktops and Aspera Connect transfer Servers. Lightweight and compatible with most standard browsers, it launches automatically when users initiate fasp™ transfers. The transfers occur independent of the browser and the plug-in provides a visual transfer rate monitor and on-the-fly rate control.
Aspera Cargo extends faspex™ person-to-person file delivery workflows with automatic downloading and consolidation of faspex packages received from multiple faspex instances. Flexible options let users define how incoming packages are sorted, decrypted and organized on their desktops.
Aspera Add-in for Outlook enables the delivery and exchange of unlimited-size files directly via Outlook's desktop client. Users simply compose emails, attach files and directories of any size and click send. Attachments are automatically sent at high speed via faspex, and downloaded by the recipient with the same Outlook add-in or with Connect Browser Plug-in for recipients who don’t use Outlook.
Developers can integrate Aspera’s high-speed transfer, monitoring and control technology into any desktop or web application using fasp SDKs with cross-platform libraries for Mac, Windows and Linux (Java, C++, C#, .NET).
