Underlying Telstra’s GMN is a world-class fully redundant, low-latency submarine fiber cable network, with access to four teleports and over 40 satellites, capable of distributing broadcast quality content around the world. Coupled with 24x7 monitoring, support and management from Master Control Rooms in Sydney and Hong Kong, GMN customers can rest assured that their digital assets will be delivered within tight production timelines.

To improve file transfers over global internet connections, Telstra chose to embed Aspera Files SaaS within their online customer portal. The multi-tenant Aspera Files platform provides a secure, high-speed file sharing and delivery solution that is accessible by choosing the Aspera Media File Transfer option within the GMN portal. Customers can instantly provision a private, fully branded Aspera Workspace for sharing files with approved users over the internet at maximum speed.
