IBC 2013 RECAP

This year’s IBC was a great success. At our booth, the Aspera team demonstrated how the Aspera high-speed transfer platform powers media technology worldwide with secure, high-speed content movement at global distances, enabling the delivery of the highest resolution content with speed, robustness, security and validation for faster and more efficient workflows than ever before.

Aspera participated in two presentations–Aspera CEO and Co-Founder Michelle Munson touched upon high-speed transport and workflow automation technologies that leverage both cloud and on-premise storage to address today’s complex media workflows at “Bridging On-Premise and Cloud Deployments for Broadcast Workflows,” on Saturday, September 14.

As part of a joint effort with BT Sport and Timeline TV, Munson also spoke on the use of Aspera’s high-speed transfer technology and orchestration system to power BT Sport’s complex file-based workflows. Read more
